How to add or remove users from call parking groups on a Gamma Horizon phone system

In this post we explain how you can add and remove users from call parking groups in your Gamma Horizon telephone system.

To add users from your call parking groups, do the following:

1. Hover over Call Groups option in the menu and select "Call Parking".
2. Alternatively, you can click on "Call Groups" and then select the "Call Parking" button.
3. Select the Call Parking Group which you wish to add/remove users to and click "Edit".
4. Select the Users you wish add to the Call Parking Group and click the "Add Selected" button.
5. Once you've done this click "Save".

To remove users from the call parking groups:

1. To remove a User(s), click the "x" next to the User you wish to remove.
2. click "Save".
