How to call from the contact directory on a Polycom IP5000 conference phone

In this guide we show you how you can make calls from the call directory on a Polycom IP5000 conference phone.

To call from the contact directory, follow these steps:

1. Press the menu button, and then select Features > Contact Directory.
2. From the Directory screen, find the contact you want to call, and then
   press the Dial soft key.
